Interview
The interview process is fairly straight forward, as I was an on-campus hire at a target school. You start with two on-campus first round interviews, and if you do well you get a second round at the office in Chicago. The interviews are completely dependent on who the interviewer is, and can be very formal and intense or very casual. Whether you get the offer will ultimately depend on how much your interviewers like you and you like them.
