Interview
Overall there were three case interviews (one in English, two in German). Each interview lasted 30-40 min (10min questions from strategy&, then followed by a 20min case and 5min questions, which I would like to ask)

The first interview really deep dived into my CV, asking a lot of details regarding academic achievements and former positions.
Outside of initial test, 2 rounds of 45min each. First one is a market sizing question + motivational questions, second is a written case study where you're provided with a packet of 10-12 slides and asked to answer 3 questions. You get 10min to read the material and the rest of the time is spent on the case
Very supportive team, great experience. Interview was a bit unstructured compared to other consulting interviews but interviewers were very friendly and supportive. Recruitment team is awesome, very engaging throughout the process
