Like any consulting firm they flew me out and treated me well. By far a "dream" job If I had been hired but the HR representatives they have are absolutely incompetent and pathetic. On an interview power day there were about 6-10 candidates and I made connections with a few of them exchanging numbers. The folks that got rejected got a very high level useless e-mail not giving us any clarity as to why we were declined. MOST, not all HR folks have the courtesy to provide feedback but this bunch never returns calls, e-mails or even try to align you elsewhere in the organization. Everything happens for a reason, so I can't be upset but for anyone else going thru the process, please be prepared to be lied to even though you know you probably fit the role 110%. Save this screen shot, the firm will decline in the next 5 years.
