Interview
Process really easy. Back to back interviews with most of the team you will be working with. Basic questions about background and accounting concepts. Overall super easy. Know your resume and know why choosing State Street.
Mostly 1 round interview. Followed by HR round where salary would be discussed. You must know about the role you’re applying to and make sure you prepare well for the interview. The interview is mostly taken by the reporting manager or VP.

I was told there'd be a couple rounds of interviews but in the end there was only one. After that it took a month or so before their HR team based in India contacted me saying I had been shortlisted for the role.
