Interview
I had a phone interview first that was incredibly thorough but ultimately pleasant, but the in-person interview, not so much. I was interviewed by two women, one of which looked as though she had just gotten off of a long shift and was pretty disconnected from the whole ordeal. I felt as though there was a wall between us due to her tiredness so I quickly lost confidence on whether or not I was making an impression or if I even could. The other woman, though very polite, pushed that this wasn't an interview but more of a conversation. This did not entirely help me feel any better when considering my odds. I stayed as physically optimistic as I could be and answered her questions. The office was pretty tiny and felt rather claustrophobic with three people and a table with chairs in it.

Interview
The interview process took about a month and was very organized in communication. I had to complete a self interview and Zoom interview. The zoom interview was with two people and I was able to choose a time that worked best for me.

Interview
They sent a text and an email stating that they would like to schedule a phone interview with me and offered some available slots. The recruiter called 10 minutes late into our 30 minute slot and seemed rushed and distracted.

Question 1
How did I handle juggling multiple task at one time?
I interviewed once with the recruiter and then with a local representative. The interview questions were your typical STAR type questions. The interview was informative and conversational. They went over the important parts of the position and what a day would look like if hired.
