Easy, conversation-like interview, took a while, applied in november, phone interview in January, flew me to Dallas for an in-person interview in March and got an offer the next day
Their interview is a two-step process where first round will be with the HR on the phone and the other will be at their HQ in Dallas. Both the rounds are identical in which they will ask a mix of behavioral and resume based questions. The process is not at all taxing and you should just make sure you are confident and know what you are saying.
