I conducted a phone interview went well then proceeded to f2f. Interview it was pretty cool but I was nervous lasted about 30 minutes panel of 2 southwest employees after the interview they said they will do background check I will hear something in 2wks if everything goes well ... I thought if the interview goes well you will have drug test and fingerprint there idk I will wait 2wks if I don't get in I will reapply still going to fly Southwest #Thanks for the Oppurtunity

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
