I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
It was amazing! They play music and offer snacks. Senior flight attendants come in looking perfectly polished in their uniforms giving you words of wisdom to encourage you. You’ll have an information session and then you’ll have a Q&A session to clarify anything you need. You will get called back one by one. It’s first come first serve from sign in but they also take your flight time into consideration. So if you have an early flight expect to be called back soon. And if you’re local (like me) you’ll go a little later on in the process. Take that time to cheer each other on, get your nerves out and wish each other luck. Go in with a smile and be your happiest self! You got this!!

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview process was long, it took over 3 months to be invited to the F2F. Everyone was very nice at the corporate headquarters! There was about 50 or more people waiting to be interviewed, we all went into another room where they briefly described the role and pay. One by one they called the names to be taken back for your f2f interview.
