Long application outlining experience before interview scheduled. In the interview, I was asked to talk through my CV, then was asked about my knowledge of the southern assembly, what they do and what counties are in the assembly and how many members are in the assembly. I was then asked competency questions and to give specific examples of teamwork, customer service, problem-solving, communicating and personal effectiveness. The interview panel were wanting me to use the STAR process of answering the questions.
