First was a phone interview of about 5 questions. In person, I was not even interviewed by a manager. I was interviewed by someone who ended up being my equal.

How to deal with a difficult situation in the work place
I met with the manager and was asked a series of questions. It ranged from my goals and my current experience. The interview process was not scary or stressful but very informative.
Interviewed was scheduled, but the hiring manager never bothered giving me call. I gave it 30 minutes and then sent an email to the hiring manager asking to reschedule. Got no response to that
