The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bristol, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very short interview. One question was asked with an emphasis on child safeguarding. No dress code was stated, people wear very casual clothes to it. Happened in person on site. No questions relating to food preparation or working in a kitchen were asked.
Easy and professional. I don’t feel like I could explain better! Everyone experiences is different and mines was amazing. I don’t like that I am being forced to write 30 words
Very informal. Carried out in the school dining room and involved me and the head of HR for the location having a chat. Did not ask me much and it wasn't very challenging.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2024
Interview
I was dated at the job place and we had a 1v1 interview in person. The interview felt more like a chat than an interview which is was nice. At last the interviewer explained the tasks I will have to do, how was the team formed, the shifts, salary, etc. Asked me several times if I had questions or something I would like to ask.
