I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Columbia, SC) in Dec 2011
Interview
It was quick and easy. No more than 30 minutes through the process. I was interviewed by the managers and the supervisors. I was hired shortly after that. They ask about your skills and compared it to what they do now at their building. I would recommended to dress professional so they can take you serious.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Washington, DC) in Sept 2023
Interview
Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.
