Interview
I submitted the application online and got an email about a week later to set up a phone interview. I did the phone interview a week later and it was a recruiter who does the screening. She then told me she would subnit my to the actual manager there and if they wanted to interview me they would contact me. 2 weekis went by and I got a phone interview and it had 4 ppl on the phone.

Name a time where you were working on a group project and it didnt go right and you had to step up and change the situation, name a time where you had to develop a marketing campaign and what were results, name a time where you had strict deadlines for a project an how did you meet them..etc

Interview
My initial interview with my home unit was smooth. The process took no longer than 4 weeks due to their slow background check process. The HR representative for the west coast was such a wonderful person to speak with. They were both engaging and helpful in curating expectations for the positon.
