Had to go to an information day, it was interesting and easy. there wasn't really an interview process. it was exciting and fun to work for Sodexo as they staff were all very nice people

Phone call - very easy, just asked about past experience with customer service, and why I thought I would be good at the role. Lasted about 10 minutes, and then I was offered the role. Simple online training process as well.

This was a great interview, very friendly people, and made you feel comfortable. Just a 1 on 1 interview with some questions and your availability and preferences. Overall, a positive experience
