First a video interview. If you are successful you will then be asked to come to a group interview where they make you do some tasks and talk to the people around you. After that you are taken into a one to one interview room and they ask questions about your availability and how you have given great customer service. Interview process was about 1 hour long.

Was really quick and easy and questions were very retail experience based and interviews were conducted by Manegers not from the department you apply for it’s a great atmosphere not intimidating at all.
