Pros

Nothing to share or say here.

Cons

The company have gone through a number of redundancy processes over the years. As soon as there is a slight downturn in the luxury market or the like, they cull head office staff immediately - this will of course be all junior or middle staff. Senior and Executive teams of course keep their roles. If you are looking for a long career where your commitment, loyalty and outcomes are recognised and valued, then this is NOT the place for you.

Professional environment with high customer service standards. Opportunity to meet and support many different people. Good experience working under pressure in a busy workplace.

Very busy, especially during weekends, Christmas and sales periods.
