Envie mi aplicacion unos 3 meses antes de recibir respuesta para ala primera entrevista. El equipo de RRHH tuvo flexibilidad para escoger horarios y la entrevista fue bastante amena. Luego me entrevisto un colega del equipo, lo cual me dio la oportunidad de conocer el proyecto (desarrollo de dashboards en PowerBI) y la industria (consumo), finalmente no hubo alineamiento en varios puntos.

Interview
After sending the CV trough the website, I was requested to upload some videos to motivate my decision for applying (why the company? Why the position?). Then I was contacted by the HR to schedule a technical meeting that was completely in English (first we discussed about my ambitions and then a Business Case on Excel). Then I was interviewed by the Executive Manager, to explain my once again my goals and ambitions.
Prise de contact initiée via LinkedIn, suivie d’un appel téléphonique exploratoire. Un entretien en ligne est ensuite organisé pour approfondir les échanges, avant de conclure le processus par un entretien final de confirmation en présentiel avec les responsables concernés.
