It was a really long process which means SAP takes it seriously, and I feel welcomed in every step! Everything was smooth and scheduled, and instruccions were absolutely clear!!!
They give us feedback right before the final Assessment
4 rounds of interviews with multiple stake hold ers of various roles and roles and 4 rounds of interviews with multiple stake hold ers of various roles and roles and responsibilities
first there is an interview with HR, and then a bootcamp with group activities that where hold in presence in their office. At the end they decided based on these two meetings

Question 1
Tell me about a challenge that you had and how have you managed it
Quite basic, three interviews, one case interview and assessment centre. It was a long process and they start their cycle slower than everyone else. That being said the interview process is not stressful and allows to be yourself
