The interview process consisted of an assessment center where we were assessed in a group task and presentation and an individual task where we were interviewed and had to complete a test.

Two fairly informal telephone interviews followed by an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a group activity and then presentation based on the activity, an individual task and then an interview. The interview process was very good

Interview
Telephone Interview that was arranged prior to the day which allows you to prepare for it. 30 minute call. This is the first stage of the process, with an assessment day following it if you are successful. A brief introduction was given, with some information/background on the person talking and what their role is. Questions are then asked, and then there is an option for you to ask questions about the role or the company during this time.
