It was a nightmare. The HR personnel criticized my experience, my former employers (multinational giants with over 50 years of presence), my background, my academic results, even my thesis topic. They expected 1-3 years of experience in finance, but handled me like a fresh graduate: with lack of respect and looking down on my professional achievements. If it was a stress interview, the company should really start thinking about how not to repel talents with an attitude like that. The HR personnel mentioned every 10 minutes that she didn't have time for the interview, so we had to hurry. This was a total eclipse of the company's reputation from my sight.

It was smooth, I really liked the interview and end up sad for not being chosen. The team seems very friendly and very talented in their area. The questions were very specifics but I thing the exigency was according to the demands of the job.
