Recruiter reached out 2 weeks after submitting an application. 1st phone Interview was straight forward typical first round questions. HR was nice and professional, but really didn't have much information about the role. Asked 3-4 questions about the scope of the role, how many direct reports, recruiter hadn't prepared any of this information.
