Great recruiting process! I really appreciated the transparency and friendliness of the recruiter. If you got to work with Rudy, you are in good hands. He was very prompt and quick to arrange interviews around my schedule and was always available if any questions arose. There were in total three interviews: an initial phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with a group of 5-6 people. The onsite interview was very well organized and the team was very welcoming. After coding questions, every interviewer spent a good amount of time to answer all of my questions about the culture and the position, which helped me to get a better sense of how things work there.
