3-step selection process. In the second step there was a business case on site with the whole team during working time. At the end of the business case, I received congratulations and confirmation that I would receive feedback. After a month, I still haven't received any feedback, even though the position is still open on Linkedin and they continue to repost it. I emailed and called HR, but was completely ghosted. A bad and frustrating experience, especially considering the time I spent going to their office working on the business case. They should at least give me an answer. It's not so much a matter of being rejected, but of being completely ignored. I wonder if the other candidates also received the same treatment...
