painful!! It took 6 months to get hired. They dont have an organized HR dept at all. Its a clique. It doesnt matter if you have experience. They hire their friends to the job and make the people who know what their doing do all the work. NOT FAIR AT ALL!!

Interview
One month after I applied, I was reached out by a recruiting manager. It took a bit of back-and-forth to schedule an interview, but I was ultimately fast-passed to have a video interview with the role's Director. It went well and the recruiter scheduled a second video interview with the Project Manager. That interview also went well, so I followed up with the recruiter afterward, but received no response. It's a real shame because I enjoyed my conversations with the team and I still regard this company very highly, but I ended up being ghosted.
