I applied online, had a call with the recruiter, then had 2 - 30 minute interviews. One with the DCIM director and another with a DCIM Manager. They ended up bouncing me to another location because they had filled the position, so I did a small panel interview with for an hour with another DCIM Manager and A senior Engineer. The entire process took 3 months.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about QTS and our DCIM roles. Our interview process usually takes less time. However, the needs for this team change often as our data center footprint continues to expand. Feedback and follow ups took forever. They weren't clear on next steps. They make excuses that they are so busy with full plates, but in that case, they should have never interviewed me in the first place if they didn't have the time to follow up adequately.
