QTS interview questions

Contacted a couple of days after applying. A total of 7 virtual interviews for an individual contributor role was extremely excessive. A majority of the interviews the person was not prepared for and I had to lead the conversation. An offer was extended a few days after the final interview and when I asked for remote privileges (keep in mind not one interview was done in person and they have some people working remote in the department) I was told no because they want make sure people are working and could possibly add work from home days once I proved myself. I declined the offer since there were too many red flags and I did not want to work somewhere that felt the need to have eyes on people and micromanage them.
