I arrived 10 minutes early and got seen to as soon possible, one of the staff members took me down to the canteen while I waited for about 10-15 minutes (considering I was early as well). There were a couple of older girls than me that made conversation with me and wished me luck. A mananger [?] I think, came and asked for my passport, NI no, and a passport sized photo. A few minutes later she came back and asked me to come through to an office (fairly sized) and said to just relax. She was a nice lady. I've yet to hear back from them. Tip: Back your answers up with an experience you've had in a similar situation while dealing with customers. That's what they want to hear about.
