Mostly retail based hypothetical scenarios as well as personality gauging questions and questions about the background of the company. You're also asked about your hobbies and interests and what you can bring to offer.

How to deal with stressed customers in a fitting room queue.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
