I was referred by a friend. I got a phone call and took a test. It took several weeks before I got a call back. I (I actually had to contact them). I did a group interview, then a 1:1 and another 1:1 before getting a call back that I got the job. It was apparent to me through the hiring process that communication was going to be an issue. It still is.

I applied online around a month or two before my interview. First they called me for screening and asked the basic interview questions like my greatest weakness and my hobbies, and then set up an interview with hiring manager which I have yet to complete

Video calling interview through Google duo, very relaxed feeling, simple conversation with Hiring manager for that region, open flowing interview felt more like a conversation, hiring manager did a good job to make me feel comfortable
