You go in and talk to two members of local management. They ask you about yourself and your work experience. the interview was pretty relaxed and loose. Unlike most job interviews your professional appearance doesn't matter. You must do really well in the interview because in most cases they already know who there planning to hire.
Es un proceso sencillo, consta de 3 fases en algunas ocasiones, 1 entrevista con reclutados, 2 caso práctico y 3 entrevista con manager del área, para el caso práctico se evalúa las habilidades de resolución y gestión de crisis.

Decent, the environment was good. Everything was on time. Impressive panel interview. Hr was there as was the head of dept. interview lasted over 15 mins. It was a good experience
