Interview
Really easy process. I applied online after the pop into PepsiCo event and received an email that I made it to the next round less than a week later. The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview with two interviewers. I heard back about 2 weeks later that I got an offer!
Only had 1 interview and it was with someone from Frito Lay. Overall wasn’t bad but they really want to hear from leaders and someone that is willing to be a sponge and go above and beyond in the role.

Tell me a time where you took on a leadership position and how have you grown from it
The interview process was quick and straightforward. It consisted of just one round—a relaxed, conversational chat with the recruiter. Instead of heavy behavioral or technical questions, it focused more on my personality, communication style, and genuine interest in the position. The vibe was friendly and informal, making it feel more like a dialogue than an interrogation, which really helped me speak comfortably about my experiences and goals.
One zoom call interview through my school’s job fair with about 3 people on it. A mix of some personal and professional questions with an overall lighthearted vibe. Clicked well with the interviewers.
