Interview
When you apply, you have to write an essay about a project you would implement in the company, then there is a HR interview. After that you have to go for 2 weeks in the company and everyday a department has its presentation. Even if you are interested only in one department the hr wants you to come everyday if you want to be accepted and its quite annoying if you have to go to classes too (the food is covered in those 2 weeks but you are not paid). Some were invited to the next interview even though they came only once and we were told that you should come everyday. After that is another hr interview where you told them what department you want and they told you where they think you fit best (again this is really great for people that can't decide but a lot of wasted time for those who knows what they want). Then you will get an email if you were accepted and a call for the offer. You get to know a lot of people in these two weeks and there are games and surprises but the process is too long.

first cv evaluation. secondly video interwiev, than case study in office with specific topic. in video interwiev star answers are important. in case study star behaviors are important. than HR called and agot acception letter
Submit resume and cover letter through the website through the online portal, receive notification for interview prep in zoom call with all first round internship applicants, one round interview with HR representative for 30 minutes all behavioral, accept role and interview with onsite managers
