Interview
Very positive experience overall. The first round interview was on campus and the interviewer was very friendly and made the experience very relaxed and low key even though it was a serious interview. 4 behavioral based questions- asked to give situation, action, and result. The main topics were communication, teamwork and leadership. The second round interview was on site and consisted of 3 30-minute interviews with different employees. They also asked behavioral questions. It was a comfortable situation. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant.

Interview
Applied online with just a resume. Received an email that I will have a 30 minute in-person interview with someone from HR on campus. Before that had to complete an online 60 minute assessment. The initial interview was easy, just talked to the recruiter about previous jobs and why Frito. Then was moved on to the final round in Chicago. 2 days long, one day of job-shadowing and another day of interviews.

Interview
I met with a recruiter at a Campus Job Fair. She was very friendly and outgoing and we had a great conversation not only about the position, but also the process of graduating college and getting a job in general. From there, I was told to apply online and then I was invited to an interview on-campus. The first round of the interview process was fairly simple. It was just an in-person interview with about 2 representatives from the company where I was asked several questions about my background and experience.
