Un proceso bueno de entrevista, retador y de mucho crecimiento. Tres etapas de entrevista, en la segunda etapa tratan de conocerte, en la tercera etapa es un caso de negocio.

Started with recruiter screen which took one hour, then behavior fit interviews with 2 people currently on the team, three case interviews with people currently on the team, and there was also an offline assessment that took half a day to complete.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
Asked general behavioral questions. Harder questions were where do I see myself in 10 years (always a difficult one for someone not yet entering the workforce).
No real technical questions except a small case regarding product diversification
