I interviewed during 2025. The first screening interview lasted around 15mins and was with a friendly Pepsico recruiter who asked some standard questions and discussed formalities. They are keen on the STAR method. I then had an interview with the hiring manager and a project manager/scrum master. This seemed to go well enough. A second round was mentioned with a senior manager and the hiring manager but some days later I received a message that the application would not be progressed. I received some feedback which often is not the case.
I thought the process was professional.
