I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Paycom in Jan 2012
Interview
Paycom is looking for passionate individuals that want to be successful. During the interview they want to know that you are familiar with the success of Paycom in the HCM industry. Sales experience isn't required, they just need to know that you are wanting success and will work for it! Prepare for an interview by researching the company, industry, and be prepared to sell yourself to your interviewer. Tell them why Paycom should hire you!
Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.
Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to the team! We’re glad to see that the interview process was informative and thorough, a reflection of the standards we strive to uphold.
Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.
First was recruited by in house recruiter
