I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Paycom (Baltimore, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
The first step of the process was an over the phone interview with an in house recruiter. Upon passing the first step, I was setup with a Skype Interview with the director of the East Coast Region as the manager was out on a leave (manager interview prior to the director is the typical route). I went into the Paycom office for this interview to meet and greet with some current employees who set up the Skype cam for the interview for me. At this time, I also took a timed assessment.
