I was initially contacted by email and invited to take an online assessment. The next day I was contacted by phone and scheduled a telephone call. The appointment setter advised me the call was to be 25-30 minutes, The call took only 8 minutes. The representative was on a speaker phone the entire time (very unprofessional)
