Was just called out of the blue (yes not emailed first, just straight up called) and asked if I am still in interested in the position I had applied to 2 months ago. Then the recruiter set me up for an interview with the HM the following Friday. Interview was an hr long. They’d like you to have some financial knowledge (HM was surprised that he had to deal with a non-financially inclined analyst) and be quick on your feet with mental math as it’s a case interview coming right up ! Look for simple but deep (multiple sub questions in 1 overarching question ) finance case interviews . Learn to calculate simple things like ROI etc. Was certainly not ready for it because there are no resources online for this position and the recruiter was super duper unhelpful even after asking multiple times on how to prep. There is barely any behaviourial questions . HM talked about herself and her role a lot . Barely enough time to chat except to ask her questions , which the HM hurried me along after a few mistakes. This is a virtual video interview . Give it a no-opinion because it wasn’t really a swimming process but it was at least straight forward.

I interviewed for a Decision Scientist role back in June 25. The process started with an onsite interview in Tel Aviv with two team members, May and Matan I think , who were both kind and challenged me with thoughtful questions around fraud scenarios. The second stage was a home assignment with a dataset. It wasn’t overly complex but required real effort , it took me about 5 hours. A week later, I was invited to present my work to May and Avital (the group manager). That session went well: it was a constructive debate, and I felt confident and comfortable. After that, I had a short followup Zoom call with Nadav (Director) , which was also positive. And then… complete silence!. For over a month, I followed up multiple times with HR, only to be completely ignored. Eventually, after all the time and effort I had invested, I received nothing but a generic rejection email. I’ve been through many interview processes, but this was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve had: no feedback, no acknowledgment of the effort, and a total lack of communication now 11/9 and still no feedback
