Competency based, related to the role, CV overview. The hiring manager and his team was there, four people panel, about 2 hours long. Very corporate and following a process. Standard competency based questions

The HR team was incredibly responsive and great to work with. They kept me up to date throughout the entire interview process and answered all questions I posed in a very transparent matter.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parexel (Paris)
Interview
Soon after I applied online I got contacted by HR to arrange for two phone interviews, one with hiring manager and one with current person in the role I was applying for. Both interviews took place the week after. I was not given many options as to when to have them and due to the time difference they were pretty late at night for me.
