Easy, just be yourself. I went to a job fair where they were just looking to hire "bodies" to open a store and didn't spend much time looking for quality and EXPERIENCE. This method of hiring lead to securing employees who performed limited work or lacked the ability to self start.
Was very disappointed with the whole process and situation and hoping to be hired soon but it was not possible to get the job and then tried several times to get the position
In person interview little to no questions. Just a couple behavioral questions and lifestyle questions. Typically group interviews during certain seasons such as the holidays. Will most likely get offered job on the spot.

It was good, easy, simple, and clear. Overall good experience. The store manager was very nice and friendly, explained everything well, and was very good at answering all my questions.
