I applied online. I interviewed at OneSupport (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Was really no interview process, they sent me a questionnaire to fill out that made sure I knew basic IT terms, and what some of the basic hardware used was, and what it did. Beyond that they only wanted to know if I had a machine that met their exact specs, they seemed to be really excited that someone had actually answered their ad.

Question 1
Do you have a pulse? Do you know what a modem is? What are the specs of your computer? What is your connection speed? Required to present a screenshot of computer specs, internet speed, and before you actually start training, they require you to allow someone to remote into your computer to verify you weren't lying to them.

It was a nice interview, the questions were quite easy, not very technical, I think the focus was on how you would answer, the interviewer made me feel comfortable which is always really nice.
