Interview
First given logical and personal tests. After that 3 interview rounds - one with HR (zoom, 20 mins), one in person around 1 hr, one on zoom with boss. Basically only personal / work experience questions - not any technical (student position).

Question 1
1st. - personality questions, asking questions about how previous experience related to the role, how I implement sustainability in my everyday life, why I want to work at. 2nd - how i work in teams, how i work under pressure, how i prioritize etc.
