The interview process consisted of several steps. It began with an initial meeting with HR, followed by a questionnaire that covered basic algorithmic concepts, databases, and object-oriented programming. After that, there was another meeting with HR, and finally, a technical interview.
The technical interview was particularly frustrating — I was asked to implement outdated algorithms in a plain text editor (Notepad), with no access to an IDE, debugger, or even basic conveniences like syntax highlighting. Honestly, I was surprised they didn’t ask me to write the code by hand with a pen and paper.
Overall, the process felt unnecessarily rigid and out of touch with how real development work is done. I wouldn’t recommend applying unless you're okay with a very old-school and impractical approach to technical evaluation.
