One of the most weird interview process, first they will take an online aptitude test+coding test, so many questions so less time. Don’t know what they want to assess from that like how well you can guess the answer bcz you won’t have less than a minute to read analyze and answer the question. Moving to next step it’s a Technical Interview, the guy was so rude he just wanted you to feel low and somehow wanted to catch you off guard if you make a mistake luckily survived that didn’t give him chance, mostly questions were on microservices, he calls himself microservices enthusiast as per hus likedin profile, he is a senior guy but doesn’t know how to take an interview and talk to people. Then comes the next round which is also technical, the guy who took this round is quite a senior person just by looking his linkedin profile it seemed he him didn’t give any interview in his life time that’s why working in Nagarro from last 17 years and doesn’t even know what an interview is and how to take an interview, he is the same guy mentioned in the reddit post if you will search in google worst interview experience of my life in a company named Nagarro. I want to name and shame this guy his name is R@*€&h G@*g. Not sure about the interviewers from the company for this round but this guy is there to just humiliate you for an hour. He will ask you on question and will not give time to think about, if you write a console.log he will keep on poking you why you are writing this, his whole agenda is to confuse you so that you can not focus and write, in between he will pass some unnecessary comments like ohh writing this query in new file will make it correct even though he has’t seen the query, working on something else during the interview on different screen. He is also looking for you to make a mistake so that he can humiliate you more. 1st question was to implement a class, you need to pass an array and data one by one on subscribing the object of the class like in streaming. 2nd was SQL query using inner join, then some random questions based on the resume. I felt if the interviewers are like this then how will be the work culture there. Never join such companies just for money otherwise you will regret your decision later on.
