Interview process is very basic, Mr Rao will call you and will request you to come down for interview. He schedules interview with one of Director, director will say take leave from current organisation and work on trial for week with us for which we will pay you. And after a week they will asked you to join as soon as possible. they always look for candidate who is on break.
