NOVO Medisciences interview questions

First line manager will take interview then ofer letter will come no HR manager will take interview as there is no HR department . Only they will ask can do the work or not

They interviewed and shortlisted me. Thereafter the recruitment agency requested me to submit the below documents. I told him I have been not offered anything and I have not accepted anything and the company wants copy of all my documents, for this the recruitment agency said it's their process. 1. Education Certificates 2. Salary Slips 3. Appraisals Letter from Last year 4. My appointment letter from 6 years back 5. 3 Months Bank Statement (Not sure if they are actually allowed to request for it?) I submitted all the above documents and then they offered me 20k hike on my current pack. I had cleary communicated to the recruitment agency and the company HR during all interview rounds that I will switch only if I get a 35% hike in my current CTC, then they offered me 60k more on my current package that I did not accept. They were very clear of extended working hours and month end longer extended working hours, but when raised a query about the JD on the job site and the KRA of the role, they never replied. Not sure what went wrong.
