Brief phone call during which I was invited into the store for an in-person conversation. Was offered job fairly instantly. Shown around workplace and introduced to induction training as well as introduced to some colleagues.

Just asked about availability and desire to work overtime. Was not given a formal interview as the job vacancy was for working in a parcel pod as opposed to a store.
Some normal competency questions around experience, education and situational tasks. then spent a little time on the floor to practice interacting with customers and staff. Then we reviewed after and got offered the job.
quite a casual interview and made sure to make me feel at ease. in my case, me and other candidates were all waiting in one room waiting to be called for individual interviews
I was invited to the store and given a briefing and a quick chat. I was then asked to carried out a few tasks for about half an hour to learn what I could be doing and also to see how I would work in the store. I was also offered a £10 voucher for attending the interview.
