I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MongoDB
Interview
They are very thorough and professional by the interviewers. Each 45 minute interview is 40 minutes of questions , followed by the remaining 5 minutes where you can ask questions. The interviews were intended to cover a specific area like stakeholder collaboration, but the questions were around database performance tuning :).
Unfortunately, things did not end well. An offer was already out (and accepted) while I was interviewing and being led to believe the teams would subsequently be meeting to make a final decision.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you introduced new tech into a product.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Initially heard from the lead recruiter and then spoke with the hiring manager. After that, I had the formal interview loop across six different MongoDB team members. I also had a few ad hoc discussions with the hiring manager and recruiter leading up to my final decision.

Question 1
I would say these were all more discussions than formal interview questions. The discussions were information-rich and each interviewer gave me ample time to ask my own questions. The whole process felt very human and applicable to the role.
