Process was very streamlined. After an initial conversation with a recruiter, I had a technical interview, which included questions about myself, my resume, followed by a leetcode problem. After passing the technical interview, I moved on to a 4 round technical (including systems design, HR based, leetcode, and finally the data science interview). During the entire process, I was provided information about the team, the company, and overall felt as though it was a great place to work at. MongoDB places great importance on the well-being and growth of its employees, which I liked. The team / interviewers were also extremely friendly.
